Fission - Data Pre-processing Functions

Hello team, After confirming the scenarios and external resources, for better efficiency/resource allocation, I recommend that we aim to do some data pre-processing on the fission, so the data to be imported can be lightweight and ready to be parsed in the functions on the front end to reduce the overhead and processing time.
